The above pictures are from a property that had a severe water leak on the ceiling. There had been severel attemps by different contractors in the past to fix the leak as you can see in the first photo by how much of their rubbish they had left under the battens.

We removed all the rubbish, stripped it back to the rafters.

Laid new breathable felt and tile battens. Then re-laid the roof tiles back into place. You will be pleased to know the leak has been stopped.
